If it's bad web-host so the picture will be removed after 1-2 year(s).
Using (LightShot, Gyazo, etc..) you can't post the picture.. you will post the link only, So it will be hyperlinked to click on it and move you to the picture.
Then, why don't use good web-host which will never be removed (Or it will be removed after at least 4-5 years) Also, you can post the picture/img directly.
Please follow my steps.

STEP 1:
Open http://www.files.sa-mp.im
STEP 2:
Click on "Upload images"
STEP 3:
Choose the image that you want to upload then click on "Continue button", Also you can upload some pictures together by choosing them OR if you want some specific pictures (Hold "Alt" and choose).
STEP 4:
Once they are uploaded, "Direct link" this is the link of the image/picture, If you want to upload directly the image then copy the BB code.[Also you can copy "Direct link" then while you are posting mark the link and then choose "Img button" at the top and it will be posted directly]

By the way, You are allowed to use any image uploader.. I just support this.
