I have been getting unsynced everytime I've joined the server since this morning when the server came back up. Any ideas what the issue might be?
Already re-installed San andreas and checked my lag issues with other games, everything seems fine.
Just to point some things out, I am getting unsynced after around 1-2mins from when I log in and I can still play in the server I don't get disconnected however I can't see checkpoints people etc.

Hmm..I suggest you to wait the server move from Germany to Netherlands and than check..
Did you checked your ping at Start->Run->cmd.exe->ping de.sa-mp.im you check the average of the ping then ping nl.sa-mp.im
High ping can cause a possible desync.
If you have any mods delete them..

Today I updated my windows and even framenet(idk if its related) and one of them seems to have solved the problem.
Sidenote: Windows 8 sux.
