    So I see a lot of people on SS, their numbers go beyond 99m, is there any mod that allows that, because I see people with like 300m on hand, and I wonder how all the numbers appear.

    There's lots of mods. that allow that. You have to search it up.

    There isn't such mod about it as you potrayed. But if you want to change its looking, replace the fonts.txd from GTA directory where you have it installed with a downloaded one that are around forums.
