GTA SA +SAMP problem

Hello IMers.
Few day ago I tryed connect to IM as usual BUT when I pressed "connect" nothing happend. I tryed reinstalling GTA SA, SAMP even windows but still can`t run even single player. I tryed different versions of GTA, all the solutions recommended in other forums but still nothing. If you can help me I will really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
