I just got windows 8.1 , i installed everything properly but when i try to launch any server from Samp client or Imrp launcher , it just does not work . (gta doesn't start any process.)
Please give me some help

seems like i fixed it kinda, it works now when i launch other servers in samp , but when i try to log in using imrp launcher i crashes.
someone has any idea , other than deleting the folder from %appdata% ?
reupdate ---- i justed moved the launcher in same place with gta folder , in my case local disk D and it worked
