It's just as retarded to go to a faction's HQ which you clearly have MGed and ask for a job

How is it metagame? Aren't most, if not all, of the mafia HQs disguised as something else? e.g. a golf course, hotel. They could just be asking to join the staff of that "golf course", or "hotel". Those locations are obviously known.

Leone's HQ is a simply a huge mansion, not even owned by me, people go around the HQ asking for a job? in a mansion? ..

Well then yes, in that situation it's metagame. But if it's a known location like a golf course or something then it's not really MG, in my opinion.
