Launcher issue

This happened for like 10 times already.
I deleted .imrp in %appdata%
removed GTA.SA from the Task bar etc..
Still not working.

This just shows up.

Did you download Directx? Try downloading it, might work because my launcher downloaded it automaticly when i tried to start the launcher. If it doesn't work please let me know.
