About account mixing,Problem

Me and my brother using the same computer,And he using account and i am using other account on same computer,Now if i am giving him money In-Game it's account mix?

Sharing your account with e.g. a friend or a family member is forbidden. Selling or giving away accounts is also forbidden.

Punishments:
1-4 weeks account/IP ban
or Permanent account ban
(if items have been transfered) + removal of the items or getting them sent back to the original account

You can have two accounts on the same pc but make sure they wont get in any way mixed (Money transfers, etc).

You didn't understand me,My brother using one account and i am using other account,We playing on same computer,Hour me Hour him so if i am giving him money to his account it's account mixing?

If you are strong friends IC then you can, because you are real friends, if you do that for OOC purpose because that's your real life brother that's not allowed.
As I see you can't play at same time, both of you, so you didn't even met him IC, if you did then you should have proves etc.

If a Administrator believes you are account mixing you'll need strong proof that you aren't as people do lie these days.

• If you give IG money to someone because an OOC reason, this is mixing.
  
  In your case :
  
  Your RL brother is in need of some IG money.
• If you transfer him IC some money, because an OOC reason (he's your brother) this is mixing.
• But if you'll be creative and find an IC reason to do that , it isn't mixing, due to that make made all IC.
