Well, I was scammed this week in the casino for the first time and I actually got a surprise when I got the refund. It turns out that a person only is refunded for the money he betted, instead of the money he was supposed to win. Is that so???

Well for me it doesnt have any logic... Let me give you an example to show you it doesnt have logic.

How you probably know betting in green (zero) is very risky, however when it comes it pays really good. Imagine a person bets 1 mil in 0 ten times and looses 10 milions, always with the hope of zero appearing and we wins 36 mil. In the eleventh times, the 0 comes, and the dealer /q ..... Since the player is only refunded by its bet, he will only receive 1mil.... Well that doesnt make any sense....

I would like to see an answer by an admin explaining why it is this way and if you agree/disagree with this.....

I honestly think that the money that's refunded should not only be the persons money, but double the amount they scammed. It would only make them less likely to do it again.

So how does that make sense in the situation of betting in green like 10-15 times in the hope of when 0 comes, it will cover all the losses and give you profit?

The way it is now, when green comes and he scammes you, you will just earn 2 mil (not even close enough to cover the 10-15 mil you already throw away hoping for the green to finally comes)

In a small summary i'm saying that if someone example Jack and Corey make a bet for 10m, if Jack scams Corey, Jack will have to pay the money he owes which is 10m and a extra punishment fee of 10m. If you just lost 20m would you come back to scam more?

Oh god you don't understand! forget it xDDDD that applies and fixs the problem if you are betting in red and black (what most of the people do)..but if you are betting for green for example, it doesnt apply and still not fair.

Well if that's so I would like woot or someone that represents him to explain what's the sense of it.... I exposed here one extreme situation that clearly shows its unfair to solve the report by refunding the bet money and not the winning money

This would only spawn more money into the server, for example:

Player 1 scams player 2, player 1 get's banned and player 2 get's his money back ( they took it off from player 1's account ) then there is still a X amount left that isn't in the server yet (The money that player 2 should win). The admins will have to spawn this ammount and this is what we don't want.

This is the main reason if i'm right.

Let it stay as it's, if they would change it there would be people scamming on purpose just to get rich, there is some sick minds in this community.

I don't know if it spawns money or if it doesn't....Find other way to compensate and drain the money from server. What I know is that it is unfair for players to be taking a risk and loosing their money, and when they finally win a bet that would compensate his losses, that doesn't happen cause he was scammed and the refund is just the betted money.

Anyone with a minimum knowledge of Risk-taking, probabilities and gambling can easily see that this way is completely unfair.

No full refund, you're playing casino and take risks. Spawning money isn't good at all.. especially not 360M.

Well yes, I can understand that. It seems that both sides have problems and some solution should be found that would fix both the problems.
Because in other hand, a person that is betting in green already loosing 250 mil, and when the green finally comes doesn't receive the 360, and only receive s a refund of 10mil, means that he lost 250 mil. What is also a pretty serious problem.

And the risk you are talking about (of being scammed) is not realistic, people IRL play in casinos knowing they will get the money in case they win.

We don't want to spawn money. If I ban a guy for scamming BIG time (like 360mill on Green), I take as much as I can from his account (depending on how much he has) and give it to the guy that got scammed. For an example; Victor Giacchetti got scammed 360 million, but the guy that scammed him only had 25million on him, so I gave him 25 million. This is simply to avoid spawning further money into the server, which we already have enough of.
