If you get healed by EMS at a scene where you got wounded at, are you able to return to that scene after you get healed since you're not dead? Or does it count as RK if you return and kill the suspect's IF the situation is not over.

If you get revived its like you never died yeah, therefore you should be able to kill the guy who shot you yeah. Though you should probably RP it properly before striking again

Yup, you can.
Although when you got healed by EMS and admitted to the hospital, sometimes you'll see : " /do you were released from the hospital after X days ".
So IC, the suspects ran away long ago..

You can, you can. He just specified when you can't.
For example, you had a injury in the head, and you experienced memory loss, so you don't remember the guy who did that injury to you. It all depends on the injuries and the /do's.

If you get shot for example in the leg, and you get healed, you can still kill him, as you remember everything.

The rule is simple:

Revenge killing is when you go back and kill/attempt to kill a player who has just killed you. You need a proper reason to kill someone, you cannot kill a player only because you've been killed by him/her.

Immediately returning to the place you died at, or before the roleplay/situation there is finished is not allowed either. Law Enforcement Officers are allowed to return when 10 minutes have passed. If you are not a Law Enforcement Officer, you're allowed to return when the situation at the place you died is over.

If you dont die, you can come back, However, if they /excecute you, you NEED to follow this rule.

if he didnt die, it doesnt count as fk, if he gets /excecuted, it does.
However, do not get confused with admin uninvite's, since they always count as FK.

It depends on the injury you have been RPing. EMS is the one who decides the time after which you may return to the scene. It's common sense for you to RP proper injury for the sake of RP, don't say a bullet in hand or foot all the time unless it has been RP'ed actually. Show injuries according to what your assaulter gave you. i.e if he RP'ed beating you with bat until you turn unconscious you won't be able to get on your feet for three days at least. There can't be a specific rule for that, it largely depends on you and the EMS that treated you.
