First, open the TASK MANAGER and sort the processes by CPU usage.
After you did that, check for the svchost.exe, that's a process that is being used by windows to clarify if your windows needs to get updated. If it's above 30% then resume with the other steps, if not stop here.
Now, open start and search for cmd, run the command prompt as administrator.
After you open the Command Prompt, type "sc stop wuauserv" and press ENTER.
