Bothers me seeing factions getting wiped out under one man's rule - woot

Hello everyone, in some way this.. msg may rather be referred to the Owner, woot, cause.. as for my opinion, he's being ridiculously carless, apathetic for this community.

So, I admit that I've come up with this.. enlightenment after seeing Stracci getting wiped out, though this isn't just about Stracci, it's also about.. other factions such as Corleone and.. Tattaglia being shut down for nearly.. 2 years? maybe more idk - ANYWAYS
I'll never understand how could one man(Gojko), who's assumingly " the owner " be responsible for such.. influential and selfish decisions, I mean.. people QUIT because their factions are wiped out due one guy who doesn't want anyone to take over the faction I mean that is so.. selfish.. in Stracci for example, people have been... years in it hoping they'd one day get a t0, working bloody hard for it, putting so much effort duringt their stay and then under the rule of one man, it all goes to nothing.
let's take Barzini for example, when it's " owner " - forgot his name, quit the game or whatever, he had let Viccente Lippi rule the faction whilst this " owner " guy remains the owner just on the papers, and it existed.. it honestly did
and seeing you woot, as an server owner, supporting this, sorta shows how unserious and careless you're being for this community.
it's honestly sad.. cause, I'd never let one man, close a faction that could.. idk be the anchor of what keeps people here, in IMRP

One more thing, my arguement is not against Gojko, I mean he can comeup with w/e he wants, he's the player
my arguement is for woot, who's disfunctional as an owner - atleast in my very opinion
Orrrrr maybe I just don't; know how things work here, hence I'd love to get an enough reasonable explanation, rather more reasonable than my own about this management failure.
