My PC turned off with a power cut. I was playing gta sa. ( My UPS is not working )
Then I turned on the computer and ran GTA San Andreas. This error message showed up.
Things I've done so far,
- Reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
- Reinstalled Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime
- Reinstalled Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 4

Hello, try to install your GTA sa at an other dick like u've "E" there, install it to C or however is it in ur pc, and uninstall this one.

It worked. But I want to know why? I've installed all games into E. Is there a solution for this? because I want to keep this game inside E partition.

Tbh I dont know but whats wrong to keep it there nothing will change, if you need to know more about that prbl I suggest you to search in youtube!
Now I've changed the GTA root folder in samp.exe
When I launch GTA without using launcher. Game crashes after GTA loading screen with this... ( Black background - SAMP logo )

When I run game using launcher. Nothing happens. I press ''Start'' button and launcher disappears. Game is not starting but it is running as a background program in Task Manager.
I uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable versions and installed latest version ( 2015 ) to fix the runtime error.

re-start pc
if this doesn't work
Uninstall gta/samp/luncher(delete their saved data too on :c or at document)
restart pc
Install gta/samp try to open it,if it works then install luncher too
Then open fuq.com(if you +18) and enjoy it
OK I've created another folder in E partition and moved the files. Now It's working. with launcher and without launcher.
The Question is What the heck happened to my old GTA folder. If you know what happened. FPM me. So I can avoid it in future.

Answered. Helpers can Archive this I think. I'll create another thread if something goes wrong again.
