I don't think so. Just create another report with proper evidence. And follow the instructions.
However, Contact an admin and ask. You can forum pm them or find them in-game using /irc or /ask

my pm feature is not unlock yet. I Mailed Vegas but he still havent replied me, later i pm him in game but he was on pause afk. I dont know what to do now.
