Graphics Modifications: Are they allowed and do they work without causing errors?

If I were to install a graphics modification pack for personal purposes, will it work on the server without causing critical errors? Or is this even allowed? Thanks.

Yes, graphic mods are allowed unless they give you some sort of advantage (example being having enemy skins with noticeable colors in high contrast such as pink red etc) but anything else to enhance the graphics is allowed.
