Lost bike due to inactivity

So i didnt play for a while and when i came back my PCJ-600 was gone. I thought its gone forever but just seen someone say there is unlimited vehicle slots?? can i get it back?

OT: You were probably I/A before the unlimited vehicle slots were added and therefor you will not receive a refund for your bike. From now on though, you can be as I/A you want and still keep your vehicles, however houses/businesses will still be removed after 14 days.
