[MANAGEMENT] Regarding Launcher

FIRST QUESTION
Hey there dear management.
I need you to un-force me from the launcher because in 2015 i had a war and i logged without launcher one time and i was force to log with launcher and now i cannot login with launcher. It's crashing always so if you can please un force me then i could login normally till i fix it

2ND QUESTION

Hey there..I got some serious problem..
I re-installed GTA San Andreas & SA-MP & IM:RP Launcher many times and the single player & samp working good but the launcher crash's at the loading screen... What should i do :< ? ?

Before you proceed, make sure you tried all of the following:

Launcher not working at all:

• Make sure you have Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 or higher. Download here. After you installed it, reboot your PC.

Launcher crashing:

• Delete the ".im-rp" folder in %appdata% and re-start the launcher.
  • Windowskey + R -> write "%appdata%" -> press enter -> locate ".im-rp" folder and delete it.
• Make sure you selected the correct GTA SA directory using the "settings" icon in the launcher

Before you post in this thread, make sure that:

• Your SA:MP works flawlessly when you connect using the normal SA:MP client

Some Windows XP users reported issues. If you are using Windows XP, I will not be able to help you. Windows XP is nearly 15 years old and is no longer supported by Microsoft. You should consider updating to an up-to-date operating system.

I will not help you if it is not a launcher problem. If your GTA always crashes, even with the normal SAMP browser

You mean your IM launcher redirects you to Singleplayer? I can' quite understand what you mean lol

My bad, Edited.. I mean the launcher crash's when screen loads with this crash type 0x0040FB80
But the regular sa-mp works normally...

Don't run SAMP/gta-sa.exe/launcher as admin, run it as a normal user.

Regarding your first question, NO, you will not be unforced from launcer and you need to find solution and fix it.
