Well, since 1 gb ram got burned, i changed my resoultion to 640x420x34 to get +30 fps
also it's shit still at 10-30 fps, there is any legal way to boost my fps to +50 outside interiors? i get up to 69 fps in interiors, speacially Sherman dam. please help me , thanks

Well, it depends in your graphic card too, But if you have only 1 GB RAM I think you have a shitty graphic card tool. Only way to boost your FPS is to get a better PC/laptop.
