Ok say you're in a gunfight with pd and you have an nrg
You die in the gunfight and immediately tow your nrg as soon as you die without someone getting on it
You can't see if someone's trying to run to your nrg as you are in a birds eye view when you die
Is it allowed to tow the NRG as the script stops you from towing it if someone gets on.
You can't just assume every time that the pd will go for your nrg as soon as you die since they could be continuing the gunfight with other members
And you shouldn't have to wait for them to decide to get on your nrg once you've spawned since the nrg is your primary vehicle

you see this is that boo boo since let's say you only have an NRG spawned at your renthouse, you die and you need it and someone hasn't gone on your NRG to impound it yet, you shouldn't have to wait for them while they are occupied in a fight to be able to use your vehicle.
It's like if I died and there are 10 faction members left and all PD are occupied in the fight and I should be allowed to tow since I shouldn't need to wait for the gunfight to be over in case one of the Pd thinks "great after this fight (that could take well over 2 minutes) that nrg is getting impounded"

Well, I agree with you since there's a script which doesn't allow you to tow your NRG if someone gets on it.

There should be a script that stops you from towing your vehicle for 7 seconds after you die
It's plenty of time to get on the nrg without hindering their gameplay by preventing them from using their vehicle

Do not tow cars/log out to avoid impounding of your vehicles, or a police officers' access to search it. This applies to houses as well

This whole towing to avoid thing has gotten a little out of hand. Players have the right to tow their vehicle unless an active effort is being made to get it/impound it. Yes, I agree that players should refrain from towing the same second they die however, these kind of things are part of the game-play. In this case you were on top of the car engaging in a gunfight when he towed, there is no way that he could have read your mind and known that a minute down the road you're gonna try and impound his bike; please use discretion when making reports like this as it only floods the section and hinders admins from solving the bigger issue around towing to avoid.

Players have the right to tow their vehicle unless an active effort is being made to get it/impound it.

Punishments are decided by admin resolving issue IG or via report. If you belive admin did wrong by you, read and fill this format. If you want to suggest changes to rules or scrip (also disscus) please make a suggestion.
