Launcher Issue

Uh, everytime i launch the game with IMRP launcher it opens GTA : SIGNLE PLAYER , well, anyway , hey u ,i think u are genius Reply make meh day happy , ya ya , i know that u are genius Reply

Sounds like your samp.exe is not detected. First, there is an icon of a folder in the upper left of launcher. Click that and select your gta folder. Also make sure you have all .dll files and samp.exe.
Open samp.exe and select game location. Also delete gta_sa.set in Your Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files

If it's working properly without launcher,
Try this - There is an icon of a folder in the top-right corner. Click it and select the game location. Then try again.

Try running the launcher as admin, if that doesn't help, try a different version of gta_sa.exe.

If you haven't already some of following;
-Check if you have Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 or higher
-reinstalling GTA, SAMP and launcher after that install new ones
-delete folder .im-rp from %appdata%
-delete gta_sa.set from you GTA San Andreas documents forlder
