Why wouldn't it be allowed? It shouldn't increase the distance which it renders the players at, you can even get a timecyc like this that'll show you the whole map.

it should be allowed as you can't see players or vehicles in those far areas the players will still render at the same distance.

Does it load players and vehicles at distances greater than what it does without the mod? If so, it's disallowed.
Does it just let you view the great scenery and nothing else? I have no problem with it. In fact, I want it.

It's quite simple, if you gain advantages over other players because of the mod, it's disallowed.
I'm going to try it out, if it turns out to give me advantages, I'll let you know. Otherwise go nuts.

I crashed and got issues in interiors with the mod, but it doesn't extend the stream distance for players and vehicles.
