Please can somone tell me why all my dell optiplex computers giving amber light when i try to start the PC,,.. Can some one Help me reslove this issues

with amber light what do you mean? can you be more specific or provide a picture.

Seems like the only way to fix, is to take it to a computer service. I don't recommend opening your pc case and remove stuff from there. unless you know what are you doing.
