Is helping a friend IG allowed?

Today i got banned for helping someone from Barzini while i am in Kemi. We are friends IG.

I actually did read all the rules i think. And non of them says i cant.

Its common sense, you are IC enemies and therefore one member of that faction cannot be your friend until you are a snitch

Its not common sense, in barzini there a alot of people... When one or two of them are your friends.. Thats just okay. You can't just be enemy with all the people in the server. That doesn't make sense at all

If you're not in the same alliance it's counted as deathmatching, ESS had this trouble when we were unofficial allies with Barzini.

This clearly defines that the server is basically RPG now and IC ties have no benefit if this is true.

I helped Emporio to escape from the police a few months ago because he was still an IC friend to me due to me not being FKed from ESS, but what's different about your case is that this didn't result in a suspension.
