Inscreased bank interest means that you will win more money that the majority of the server by placing money on the bank, instead of just winning 0,1% you will now be able to win 0,025%
10 vehicles slots instead of 5, you will be able to have a 10 car slot available for one month, which means that you can buy 10 cars and keep them all in a period of time of one month, IF YOU BUY 10 CARS, AFTER ONE MONTH YOU WILL NOT LOSE THEM.
15 house slots is the same as the vehicle slots.
10 vehicles slots instead of 5, you will be able to have a 10 car slot available for one month, which means that you can buy 10 cars and keep them all in a period of time of one month, IF YOU BUY 10 CARS, AFTER ONE MONTH YOU WILL NOT LOSE THEM.

What you get from the bank depends on the money you have in your bank account. And depends on the Interest. As a donator, you get +0.1% of what you have in your bank account. If you are a regular player (not a donator), you receive +0.025% of the money you have in your account as an Interest. Just like in real life system

If you donated for a package containing premium house, you have to wait until you see Adam_Cooper (woot) IG and inform him so he creates a house for you in a desired location

When you see Adam_Cooper (woot) In Game (IG), you'll pm him about your donation and the amount, he'll check it, and if your donation was found currectly, you'll get a house or request a spot with your house there.
