I've been trying to log in the server and i kept getting Internal error on the IM luncher + noticed that the website crashed like until now has there been a DDoS Attack or something wrong with the hosting itself?

As requested we have checked your server.
Unfortunately the [..] was off, so we checked its cooling system.
The shutdowns has been caused by a defective CPU fan.
We have now upgraded the cooling system, replaced the CPU cooler and the thermal compound.
