so i bought a new laptop and installed gta and when ever i wanna run it , it says that it requires Directx atleast version 9 and when i tried to install it it says that it dosent work for this microsft version so i tried to install a windows 10 version and i didnt know how , if anyone can help me or give a link i would be thankfull

Solution to video mode not found - Download CLEO, install it and make sure silent's asi loader is checked, download this.
Put both files in your GTA directory and open gta3vcs_res.ini, edit the resolution there to fit your monitor.
