i used this guide

i havent any screen freezes or shit
after i did it, i get screen freezes for +10-30 secs or perm that ive to restart my laptop to close the game
how to fix it please

are you completely sure you followed the guide properly? (never heard of anyone encountering problems after doing it properly).
