Always Unsync

Well, getting unsynced it's mostly caused by your internet connection, you can contact your internet provider and yell at them to fix it for you or change company. Would you mind do a test here: http://beta.speedtest.net/it

the ping is cause you are close to the host, ur mb of the internet are very low, tell ur parents to buy a diffrent package or to add more mb

Mine is even worse but I never get unsynced

The unsynced thing it's based on many factors, like if someone in your house uses the internet like watching youtube videos you may bet unsynced because it uses all of your bandwidth, if someone upload a picture on fb you may get unsynced as well. You should be able to play the server with no issues at all, so yea, the most common thing that makes you unsynced it's the download/upload made by someone else that uses your internet.

Your download speed should be more than fine to play without any major issues, maybe your family is choking the bandwidth, that can be a possible issue.
