When I open up SAMP and want to connect to the server, I crash immediatly. I don't even see the game. Didn't experience this before.. don't know what's wrong?

Massive lagg could be a reason than whats internet speed and where u live?

I live in the Netherlands, perfect internet speed.

Remove gta_sa.set from My Documents>GTA SA User Files.
Then reinstall SA-MP and restart your PC.
Tell me if it works.

Uhm.... it might be cuz of some mods as well... Don't download mods or install if you're not sure of em'
