Kill list problem [ANSWERED]

Hello guys, I changed my windows to windows 8 and after I did that SAMP and the Launcher started crashing and alot of shit happened , I tried uninstall/install GTA and SAMP but problem didn't get solved so I came here on forum and thanks to woot I found out how to solve the crashing problem but now am facing another problem which is this..........

try deleting gta_sa.set from \Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files and then re-enter the game

r u sure u don't have any font mods installed? if yes, delete them.

these are some ways others having the same problem as u fixed it

in the begging there was some missing files while installing SAMP (gtaweap3, sampaux3)

so I downloaded them and installed them (by pressing the small install button in the top left corner) but it didn't work so I un-installed SAMP >Restarted my PC >installed again and it worked but I didn't uninstall those files I though they will be uninstalled with SAMP, if this might have caused the problem tell me how to uninstall them please.

did you completely uninstall/delete every file in your gta directory and then installed what I gave you on pm as well as with a fresh new copy of samp 0.3.7?

by doing that it should definitely work
