My friend, Nikolai Zakirov for some reason he is banned on the site, and not on the game, I mean he can play, and he does right now. Is it possible to unban him from the site/forum, because I think he is banned for no reason.

The description shows the owner of archive.is aka woot is hosting the website on Cloudflare and has set a policy to block certain IP addresses from accessing the website. Firefly's IP is in the range of blocked IP addresses. Maybe the owner does not want to access from proxies.
so maybe your friend is trying to log in using a proxy, let him restart his router and try again, post feedback here.
