Sampfuncs only allowed if you use Whiskey's since it has some 'cheats' enabled by default and you need to disable them manually - you can get it from his latest modpack iirc: viewtopic.php?f=175&t=63463
Anticrash.cs just doesn't close your game automatically when you get spammed with error codes, don't see how it's not allowed.
