Whenever I am in the exterior my movement, strafing, peeking and pivoting speed is decreased, I don`t know why - Some people said I need to turn my limiter off but I did, the one in Advanced Settings, yet it did not work. But when I am in an interior my character movement is fine, I don`t know how to solve this so maybe I could use some help.

I have the same problem it seems to be fixed when I change to the resolution after 800x600, but why would I want to play with black bars or 50 fps? if someone knows a fix lemme know

It is now fixed just by for me removing some shit tons of effect modifications, I think removing timecyc files will be a great help.
