Bones of ped model issues

So I just finished swapping heads and other good stuff on a new skin that I just created. And at the end results, this is how the skin came out. I've been trying other skins's bone layout and I can't get it to work properly.

I did what the video said, but it gives me an error when I click ''bones/skin export"
It gives me the following: "You didn't set skin/verticles properly."
You may lock this though if nobody has no idea how to assist me in this.

It's impossible to mess up the hip bone envelopes/bone root placement when you're only attaching the head to the mesh.

Either you can do it all over again or waste time trying to fix it and the end result will never be the same. Plenty of tutorials out there on how to swap mesh heads without having to rig them, you can't perfect it the first time if you're a rookie, so yeah, just do it all over again.
