Do you have any car mod? maybe this happens when you enter a tuned car[nitro, exhaust, hood etc], which is not compatible with your modded car. uninstalling modded cars might fix this problem.
it also could be a audio problem, try to find original audio files and check if you still crash.

also im using the same sound mods on my other pc and i dont crash there

I am not talking about your sound mod[guns etc] but the whole audio files.
that folder which is located in your gta directory named "audio" and contains 3 folders; CONFIG, SFX and streams.
you probably downloaded gta san andreas from another website in your other pc, which has the original audio files. and is not causing troubles
