Well, since 4 days or something I started to get/login with high packet loss, I tried to restart my router couple of times and it didn't work, I called ISP they said that there's no problem from our side, it's maybe the server you playing at has some issues. A lot of people have been complaining about it lately, so I want someone to help me to fix this thing.
NOTE: I tried like 5 SA:MP servers and I have 80-95 ping and 0.0 / 0.1 MAXIMUM also I play CS:GO without having any problem with 70 ping and 0.0 packet loss.

Add the following parameters TcpACKFrequency and TcpNoDelay in your regedit . It helped me a lot to reduce lag.

I did mostly all methods but nothing worked and since it's not only me having this problem, in all probability it should be a server issue.
