i dont know if its the place to ask it so i am sorry if its the wrong place.

frist thing is why i can not send PM in the fourm? (its say i am not allowed to do it and my friend have almost same posts and same days in the fourm and he can send PM)

Second thing its i was got ip ban (IP BAN = Perm) and i sent appeal two days ago i wanted to know how long its take at most to the admins to answer me?

Yes, this is the correct place.
If i remember correctly you need 15 posts in order to use the PM system
You were banned for server advertising which was probably a bug.Most you can do is wait until an administrator checks the appeal.

i think you wrong about the pm thing becuse my friend got 10 post. maybe when i will have 10 post htnaks anyway.
about the appeal How long at max its will take untill someone will look on it? or the appeal can stay like that forever?

No it won't stay forever;you have tu be patient untill someone will look on it.

You must Try to send a pm now , you have 6 posts , you needed only 5 to send a pm.

Yeah, well I guess it's ten posts.
It wouldn't take "forever", you'd probably have to wait till an admin with the logs can check it but just have patience.
