[HELP] Launcher + Account

My account has been marked "unsafe" or "suspect" for god knows what reason and my launcher doesn't work, gives the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." It gives the same result with some other programs, e.g. tattaglia keybinder

Any help would be appreciated.

Try running as admin, if it doesn't work go to run and clear temp and %temp% files.

Doesn't work.

Re-Installing windows should fix these sort of problems, it's a windows error. In my laptop chrome shows the same error.
