If I put another crosshair can it help me to shoot better(so i can notice when should i shot because i have perfectly aimed the enemy or not)?If yes can you provide my any link to see for crosshairs.

Here are alot of crosshairs but I would recommend the default one.
Do you have sensfix? It helps you with aiming.

Default one is good use a sensfix and play pb to get used to it

Use default one but resized to a bit smaller.
