First of all, you need to disable the widescreen or widescreen_fix.asi. About the hp bar that's on sync(shoot).

Its your computer's resolution problem or the widescreen as you say , try to deactivate te widescreen and check if the red fits with the health since that belogs with a health system which is a textdraw maden by woot for sure.
