When i try to open samp to play other server it just wotn work, instead of opening the "Samp" it opens "Single Player"

Try using another version of gta_sa.exe.

Okay common issue do these steps:
1.remove samp client completely and it's files and folders aswell
2. now install it again on your GTA San Andraeas Installation folder
3.You're good to go!
if the same issue comes up let me know for an Update ....
