When i start my computer, it says charging windows file and then it takes me to an error page saying that if the problem continues contact the maker of the computer, pls help

if you are on a laptop remove your battery as it's fucked up and needs replacement or use your laptop via cable mode
PC welp something must have blown up a cable or a device inside the box check for burns inside the box etc...
