As many of the West-European players may have noticed, a heavy spike in Ping is present between (approx.) 17:00 - 22:00. This is currently lasting for a week but I am afraid little to no interest is shown to this issue. I highlighted myself and "Seff" who admits to have the same issue, and is living in the same Region.
I am not sure how many countries in our Region are affected by this, but as far as I am informed; Belgium & The Netherlands.
