Well im not able to open couple app's because of this error , i just got a new Pc today but idk whats wrong tho , anyone that could help me please.

i had same problem with iTunes , i guess its a system problem , some system file might be corrupted or smth , mine fixed itself
myb enable windows updates it might fix itself

Fixed, L&A ,, for anyone that gets this error
i took my pc to the service in order to fix it and a format i think will help you , dont trust any youtube video cuz you might get viruses.
