can someone send me a file to set my fps to 100 my fps going over 100

i tried to reinstall my samp couple times above 10.. when im doing standart or allow fps limit its making some bugs in my gta example i see in my red health 8000, or my fps getting drops somethings etc etc.. i just want to know how to fix that without to remove the samp addon

trust me if i could remove that samp addon i already was doing that windows 10 fucked any game that im playing..

None of this above. Just enter Documents > GTA SA User files > SAMP > open the sa-mp document below chatlog w notepad > change fps limit to 100 and voila. Also, you can try and change the multicore to 0 if its 1 or 1 if its 0, in case you're having random major fps drops.
Edit: Just noticed you're using the Addon not sure if it works with the addon, I'm not using it after changing the document my fps is steady on 100 and drops down to 90 max.

the fpslimit was on 48 and the multicore was on 1 so change it to 0 but im just trying to find a way t oset my fps to 100 not lower or more

dxtory is a recording software but you don't necessarily need to be recording, you can just use it to limit your fps.
nvidia profile inspector, you can just edit your GTA San Andreas profile maximum fps. Dont have to overclock anything

You can leave the multicore on 1, but make the fpslimit 100 or 90.
However if you are using the add on with the fps booster, then I guess the nvidia program Richard gave you is pretty much what you seek for.
