If i am trying too run same program on different user i am having this weird issue, Any way or any program to solve it ??
Can i run same program on 2 different users in windows 7??

Why would you wanna use 2 users to open the same program.
Download sandboxie and use the same program twice while on the same user.
To do so right click on the application and select "open with sandboxie".

I tried it once on a cafe cuz my laptop can't handle both. so ye it works fine by me.

and I think Quiss also doing it. just maybe.
