i was being ajailed for 4 hours.. because a TNA's T0 reported me for /q'ing during arrest.
and no evidence proves that i /q'ed really in this time..
i was ajailed by a TNA's t0 and the cop didn't even think to report me.. is that even allowed? he reported me while he's not even involved.

Everyone is expected to report rule violations - involved or not.
If you're not involved you may not have the full story, but you are still expected to report violations.

The incident can then be discussed on the forum, and in the case, you're mistaken nothing will be done.
It's better to report one time too many, than the one time too little.
