Helo,i got question about topping-up at the control panel, will it ever be enabled or it's perma disabled, i'm curious and if someone know exact answer please tell, no idea if there was already answer to this question but i'm kinda of i/a people over here so would appreciate answer...ty

Don't think it's a permanent disable. It will eventually be enabled again but only woot knows the reason behind it.
