Sniper 1 shot

Well. Is there any bug? or what are people using? sometimes when i am full HP,i get shot only 1 time by a sniper and i die from 1 bullet.

that guy is using silent aim so u cant hear the shoots or its gta bug

well. i was full hp full vest and i got 1 bullet,insta death.

Depends, if he's shooting from far away you won't hear the bullets hitting you, IM's sync.
