Try to delete the game,reinstall it and install mods again one by one. this is what i always do when i have any problem with my gta

look at it in google i also have that problem and by the way if you want to try a new crosshair stick with it for like 2 or 3 weeks and look and the changes if it good or no.

change the crosshair from there since the modloader one overrides/prioritizes over the default one lol

If you're using a radar mod, there might be 2 huds in the modloader folder, hud.txd and hud2.txd, open the hud.txd and change the crosshair there just like you would normaly.

its the same proces as the normal hud.txd you open it with txd workshop change the crosshair and save it

move the hud.txd out of the modloader and onto your desktop, change the crosshair from there and then save and move it back to your c:/rockstar games
